We operate a PESO-approved chemical warehouse providing third-party storage and handling services for hazardous and regulated chemicals.The facility is designed and operated as per Petroleum & Explosives Safety Organisation (PESO), Fire Department, Maharashtra Pollution Control Board and applicable statutory norms.The warehouse is used solely for storage and material handling and functions as a neutral 3PL facility.

Storage (Carpet) Area: 13,000 sq. Ft

Total Area (Warehouse & Surrounding safety clearances): 55,540 sq ft. (as per PESO norms)

Tank Storage Area:

4 underground storage tanks
Capacity: 25.5 KL per tank
Total bulk storage capacity: 102 KL
Tanks allocated on a dedicated basis and operated within licensed product and quantity limits

Warehouse Safety & Infrastructure Features

The warehouse incorporates the following mandatory safety and design features as required under PESO and applicable fire safety norms:

Fire tender access roads surrounding the facility for emergency vehicle movement
Statutory safety clearances maintained throughout the facility
Heat-reducing and fire-retardant roof insulation
Continuous natural ventilation through PESO-specified ventilators with non- corrodible mesh protection
Dyke walls and spill-containment arrangements
Dedicated emergency access and evacuation corridors
Fire hydrant system installed across the facility
Portable and fixed fire extinguishers at designated locations
Automatic fire sprinkler system covering storage areas
Defined internal gangways maintained between rows and walls as per safety norms

Storage of Hazardous Goods: Storage is undertaken in accordance with the scope and conditions of the applicable PESO license.

Bulk Liquid Storage

Dedicated tank storage
Tank-to-drum transfer: Facility equipped to unload bulk liquid material from storage tanks into drums, subject to product compatibility and safety procedures
Tank-to-tanker loading: Provision to load bulk liquid material directly from storage tanks into road tankers, in accordance with PESO-approved operating practices
Tank cleaning required during material change or contract closure

Commercial Structure

Warehouse Rent charges:

Fixed monthly rent based on allocated built-up area

Drum handling charges:

Unloading: ₹ X PER DRUM
Loading: ₹ X PER DRUM
Annual Escalation: Warehouse rent and tank rental shall be subject to a 5% annual step-up, applicable from the commencement of the second year of the contract term.
Billing: Monthly billing cycle
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit equivalent to 6 months of average monthly rent billing for drum storage, applicable to ensure smooth operations, compliance requirements, and an orderly exit at the end of the tenure.
All commercial terms are subject to final agreement and applicable taxes.
